Why We Exist
We’re The Anti-Consultancy Consultancy. Former big-agency people who left to build something that actually helps. Now we run a worker-owned, queer-led, POC-led shop built on radical transparency and the wild belief that consultants should make themselves unnecessary.
Every analytics failure follows the same pattern. Executives who can't agree on what
success looks like. Teams drowning in undefined metrics. Trust eroding as different
departments quote different numbers. Tool stacks that multiply complexity instead of
solving it. Everyone trying to prove value with no clear plan for measuring it.
We lived that life in big consulting. We built those dashboards nobody trusted. We
watched seven-figure budgets produce zero-figure insights. We delivered 200-slide
decks that changed nothing. We created measurement frameworks that measured everything
except what mattered.
So we left to build something different.
A consultancy that names the hard truths and the real tradeoffs. That reveals what
